REFUND & RETURN POLICY

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

Hey Pawsome offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on our Vet Formulated Skin Spray. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 90 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund under the terms outlined in this policy.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 90 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • The product may be used, partially used, or unused

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances once an order has been shipped.

Refund Process For Different Scenarios

1. Orders Not Yet Shipped

  • If you request a refund before your order ships, we will process a complete refund including shipping costs.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to support@heypawsome.com as soon as possible.

2. Orders In Transit

  • If your order is already in transit, we cannot process a refund until the product is delivered.
  • Once delivered, you may choose to: a) Keep the product and receive a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) b) Return the product to our return address (see below)
  • We cannot issue refunds for orders in transit as the shipping carrier has already been paid.

3. Delivered Orders

  • For orders that have been delivered, you have two options: a) Keep the product and receive a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) b) Return the product to our specified return address (at your expense), after which we will process a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping)

4. Subscription Orders (Subscribe & Save)

  • First Month's Order: Eligible for full product refund (excluding shipping) if requested within 90 days
  • Second Month and Subsequent Orders: Eligible for only a 50% refund of the product cost (excluding shipping)
  • To cancel future subscription deliveries, email support@heypawsome.com at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal

IMPORTANT: Contact support@heypawsome.com before sending any returns. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Defective Products

  • Please inspect your order upon reception
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@heypawsome.com within 7 days
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We may replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products that have been misused or improperly stored
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Standard processing time is 7-10 business days from approval
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account
